The Site
Chestnut Ridge is a new home development located in Brandon, SD just to the northeast of Sioux Falls, SD. The land we chose for this new development sits on an elevated ridge complete with stunning views of the surrounding area where we take our name from. Nearby you’ll find gorgeous nature trails, parks, golf courses and a new school opening August 2025. It’s the best of small town living tucked right next to a metropolitan area that has everything one could ever need. Sioux Falls Metro
Located just five miles east of Sioux Falls, SD, Brandon is located on the outer edge of South Dakota’s largest metropolitan area.
